Notes From Rotunda: The pricing has been reduced to nearly half of what we normally charge for private events. I took into consideration that you would be hosing this event for 5 days. I based the pricing off of 100 people per day. We can take out the food portion of it to help with cost. However we would need to come up with a minimum pricing each day.
The times 5-7 work best M-TH however we are open on Sunday till 4pm so we may need to discuss adjusting your open house time.
Roughly $17,000 for wine & small veggie sampler plates.
